Hello everyone,

I'm here to introduce my black Metal band Osmose. We've just released our first EP which is named (H)existence.

Our main  influences are Peste Noire, Sühnopfer, Taake, Burzum, Satyricon, Judas Iscariot and many more ...

Two songs are now available on Youtube :

The demo will include 4 tracks :

1. Prélude

2. Profondeurs d'une âme désespérée

3. A l'Aube des soupirs

4. La Marche funeste

You can dowload it for free on Bandcamp: http://osmose.bandcamp.com/

Hi Osmose. Decent black Metal stuff you have here! Pretty good and unique for a first-time effort. Your stuff actually reminds me of the band Annthennath, especially their EP called Peans of Apostasy:

Anyway, I'll probably check out your full demo once I get the chance. Also, I do album artwork (I did the cover for Rotten Light's first full-length):

In the future, I'd be happy to do album art for you!
Speaking of which, I love the art for the demo you're currently releasing :D

Hey Infinityzero!

First thank you for your feedback, it's great and so interesting for us to improve.
Don't hesitate to follow us ;)

For our cover, here is the site of the guy who did this, check it if you like his style, he's very talented ! http://prismeenmain.blogspot.be/

I love your style of cover too ;)

P.S. Thanks for having shared Annthennath, I didn't know this one, it's a good discover !

Nice to meet you!
Unfortunately I can't follow you as I was banned from Facebook years ago. I'll make sure I listen to your other stuff though. I heard your full demo, and I like it!

I do art in whichever style fits the music ;) I have more here:

Glad you liked Annthennath! And I'm full of recommendations, since I'm an album reviewer on SoM ;) By the way, I think you guys are better than Judas Iscariot, don't compare yourselves to them! XD

Nice to meet you too !

No problem, Facebook is not the main way to follow musical bands (check bandcamp/soundcloud/ it's really enough :p ).

I checked your site and i really like your art ;) I will follow too !

I've seen your other band profiles :D
You should put up a band page on the Metal Archives as well. Or, if you want, I could do it for you!

Here's hoping my art can be of use to you and your band later on!

Thursday 24 April 2014 - 00:30:28

What do you mean by "other band profiles" ?

I don"t know Metal archives, so yeah, it would be nice to you to do this !

Haha, yeah sure ! Who knows ;)

Thursday 24 April 2014 - 00:33:44

Oh, I meant sound cloud and band camp, your profiles that aren't Facebook :D

Metal Archives is like Spirit of Metal except they generally have more info but don't include bands like Slipknot or B4MV (basically, no nu Metal or Metalcore).

So, do you guys perform live?

Thursday 24 April 2014 - 00:38:07

So it's better than SOM haha (joke)

No, we are only Two and we need to find some member to play concerts! But it's planned ;)

Thursday 24 April 2014 - 00:41:04

Yeah, I guess in a lot of ways it's better than SoM :D

Ah, okay! Hopefully you get the guys you need to play live! I'm coming to Europe in late 2015 and it'd be cool if I Saw you guys.

Hey, what would you say your lyrical themes are? I need it for the Metal Archives profile I'm making for you ;)
